		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more about resumes essentially blending together.  I&#039;m an architect, and I am almost completely offended when I see other architect&#039;s resumes and realize how few are actually visually appealing.  You would figure that being in a design-intensive profession you would see more originality.

And of course at the other end of the average and mundane you get the resumes with so much eye candy included you don&#039;t even know how to read it.  I&#039;m discovering that a good resume needs to be original, simple, and legible.  I&#039;m creating a resume design service that will hopefully increase the number of good resumes employers receive.

Hopefully you found a resume that allowed you to hire the right person.
